1. Returns & Refund Policy (30 Days)

We want you to shop at Isvelle with complete confidence.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@isvelle.com including:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason (optional but helpful for improvement)

Our team will reply with the return instructions and return address.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the item must be:

  • In original condition, with no signs of wear

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Free from odours, stains, or damage

Returns for Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Send photos and/or a video immediately to support@isvelle.com

After assessment, you may choose:

  • Free replacement

  • Store credit

  • Full refund

(Damage caused by misuse is not eligible.)

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, in line with common UK practice and CCR guidelines.


2. Refunds

How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Methods

  • For card payments: refunded to the original payment method

  • For orders placed with discount codes, the refund amount will reflect the price paid for the item


3. Exchange Policy

After the return is assessed, we offer three options:

  • Exchange for the same item (in case of defect)

  • Store credit

  • Selection of another product (subject to availability)

In the UK, offering store credit as an option is permitted as long as it is clearly stated — which we are doing here.
