What is your return policy?


We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, simply e-mail us at hello@isvelle.com with photos or a video and we will arrange a free replacement, store credit or a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • Credit and debit cards (via Stripe)
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (if supported by your device)

All payments are securely encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Because all orders are processed within 1 business day, modifications and cancellations are only possible before the order is processed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer free shipping across the United Kingdom and the European Union.

How long does shipping take?

Our estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • European Union: 6–15 business days

Orders are often delivered earlier than estimated, depending on the destination and courier performance.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders to the UK and Europe include free standard shipping.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.
